 钢板焊接蝶阀产品概述：

 　    我厂生产的焊接蝶阀采用钢板焊接制造，具有结构尺寸短，重量轻，安装方便等特点。钢板焊接蝶阀是本公司研发的较新一代金属密封蝶阀。该系列蝶阀引进国外**的制造技术，以独特新颖的结构，获得高品质性能。该阀结构合理，密封严密可靠、流阻小、压差低、驱动灵活省力，使用寿命倍增。符合GB12238《法兰和对夹连接蝶阀》和JB/T8527《金属密封蝶阀》标准，并采用CAD辅助设计，阀轴中心线不在阀板密封面上，径向偏心。由于在加工和装配过程采用了予应力设计，使阀门在反向受力时产生的相对位移得到充分补偿，因此双向压蝶阀不论正向或反向受压，均能在全额压差下达到零泄漏。
